Program Overview

In this campaign’s fourth year, we offered Americans 100% cash back on Thanksgiving dinner staples. 64% of participants used the cash back to cover other family expenses, and 15% wouldn’t have had a Thanksgiving meal otherwise.

Engagement

  • Over 75% of participants said they want to use Ibotta more because of the program

  • This campaign fed 11M Americans over the last 4 years (1.1M in 2024 alone)

  • 255K unique savers redeemed at least one free item

  • $2.8M in cash rewards was awarded across 858k ‘free’ items

Business Performance Impact

  • Increased user base month over month 

  • Resulted in the second best performing weekend of the year

  • Underspent year over year while matching the record-breaking performance of the previous year
